Spirotech Group are pleased to announce that Russell Nickson has joined the team as a Quality Engineer
Russell’s role will be to oversee and manage quality control throughout the group, ensuring Spirotech’s products are manufactured to the highest level. He will be working closely with Project Managers to produce many different levels of procedures and documentation to satisfy different customer requirements.
Russell comments,
I look forward to working for Spirotech and passing on my extensive knowledge that I have gained as a non-destructive testing supervisor at a market leading aerospace company. I am previously qualified to EN4179 Level II in Penetrant testing and Radiographic testing and now working towards achieving several more NDT disciplines. I have so far re-qualified to PCN Level II in PT. Due to my previous experience in NDT, I am eligible to pursue a Level III qualification, for which Spirotech have offered sponsorship. I am currently implementing a visual management system within Spirotech which will enable all levels of the business to quickly assess how the company is performing against its key indicators.”

Spirotech Group are pleased to announce that Bharat Gandham has joined the team as a highly qualified Welding Co Ordinator.
Bharat’s role will be to ensure that Spirotech are maximising the ability of its welders and that they hold all the appropriate codings and documentation required for any level of project. Using his 8 years of experience in the highly pressured environment of the oil and gas industry, Bharat will be looking to increase Spirotech’s already broad range of welding techniques as Spirotech venture into up and coming technologies.
Bharat comments,
I have now completed my MSc degree from Cranfield University with a distinction. In addition to my MSc degree, I am a certified welding inspector (CSWIP3.1) by TWI, UK and possess ASNT Level II certifications in VT, PT, UT, RTFI, MPT. I am also an elected member (MWeldI) of TWI, UK. I look forward to working for Spirotech Group as Welding Coordinator to schedule, manage and execute different quality standards which will contribute to completion of projects within time, budget, and complete client satisfaction.”
