Pressure vessel manufacturers with over 35 years design experience
Using the very latest systems and technology, Spirotech’s expert design office can generate CAD drawings and calculations of your pressure vessels for your approval, or for insurance company inspection. Drawings can be supplied in a variety of file formats.
Pressure vessel design codes
As leading pressure vessel manufacturers it’s important that Spirotech Group conform to the latest safety standards. A pressure vessel is a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. The pressure differential is dangerous, and consequently, pressure vessel design, manufacture, and operation are regulated by engineering authorities backed by legislation.
The design and certification of pressure vessels is governed by the following design codes which Spirotech adhere to: BS 5169; PD 5500; EN286 (Part 1); Lloyds Class 1, 2/2 & 3; Bureau Veritas; Det Norske Veritas; ASME VIII Code, EN13445 and most other well known specifications.
