We are proud to share the results of our most recent annual Health & Safety audit by AWSafety, which has provided strong recognition of the culture we continue to build and maintain across our business.
At Spirotech, Health & Safety is not simply a compliance requirement—it is a core value that underpins everything we do. We are passionate about creating a working environment where safety is embedded into daily behaviours, decision-making, and leadership at every level. This audit is a reflection of that commitment and the collective effort of our entire team.
A particularly rewarding aspect of the audit was the independent feedback received, which highlighted the depth and consistency of our safety culture across the organisation:

On site it was noted that a genuinely strong safety culture is in place: from the leadership team through to the front-line operatives, there is visible commitment to safe working, open communication of hazards, and ready willingness to stop and reassess when conditions change. Employees are empowered to raise concerns without fear of blame, procedures are followed not just because they exist, but because they are clearly valued, and risk-management is proactive rather than purely reactive. This collectively demonstrates that safety is treated as a core value—not an afterthought—and that the work environment is structured around ensuring everyone goes home safe each day.”
This feedback reinforces what we strive for every day: a workplace where people feel confident to speak up, where safety is prioritised over speed, and where continuous improvement is part of our mindset rather than a periodic exercise.
A key driver behind our progress has been the successful implementation of SiteDocs. This platform has revolutionised how we manage Health & Safety, enabling real-time reporting, improved visibility, and greater accountability across all areas of the business. By digitising our systems, we have been able to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure that critical safety information is accessible when and where it is needed.
Importantly, SiteDocs has supported a more proactive approach to risk management—helping us identify and address potential issues before they escalate, rather than simply reacting after the fact. This aligns with our goal of building a forward-thinking safety culture across the organisation.
