Spirotech Group are pleased to announce that Bill Brassington has joined the team as Group Health & Safety Manager.
Bill joins us with a wealth of experience in Health and Safety management gained over the last 25 years. He had an illustrious career working for the armed forces and has more recently been involved in all aspects of H&S management for various large engineering companies.
Continually developing Health and Safety knowledge
As our Health and Safety manager, Bill will be responsible for continually improving, developing, and implementing all aspects of Spirotech Group`s Health & Safety plan. He will be at the forefront of enforcing policies and assessing risk across the board, along with supporting and monitoring the physical and mental health of our team. He will also be leading our staff development and training program, ensuring our team is continually developing both their Health and Safety knowledge as well as their own specialist expertise to enable Spirotech to stay at the forefront of our industry.

Starting in any new position brings challenges, it’s how you approach them that shapes who you are. Health and Safety is no different, it’s knowing how to interpret the legislation, to stay within it while still getting the job done and ensuring we can all go home at night. No doubt I will encounter new situations and challenges here at Spirotech, the trick is to learn from them, and not be fazed by them. Spirotech group is known throughout the industry of producing highly complex equipment to a very high standard, this rigorous standard is also extended to how the company views its Health and safety obligations. In my short time here, I have been made to feel welcome and look forward to being part of the Spirotech Group and team.
