Spirotech’s Sascha Kennedy and Sean Huckle’s daring skydive in April raised a massive £5,240.00 for the charity Sue Ryder and the Director’s and staff were delighted to see Sascha and Sean hand over the cheque this week.

Director Russell Gadsby tells us the story behind the challenge:
“After our Financial Director and friend Katie Wood lost her brave battle with cancer last year, our team wanted to do something to give back to Sue Ryder, the hospice that looked after and helped Katie along with her family through the most difficult times of their lives with such compassion and love.
Sascha and Sean decided they would take on the challenge of a skydive to raise money for Sue Ryder. Today we had the pleasure of watching both Sean and Sascha handover a cheque for £5240, an amazing achievement for such a worthy cause. Well done to you both.”
And Sascha adds,
“My family and I are so grateful for the care that Thorpe Hall gave Katie during the later stages of her life, and I am proud to have raised this amount of money to give back to them in Katies memory.”
